We’re Holden of Union Barbecue and Kimmy of El Veneno. We’ve run our food trucks in Charlotte for three years, and after teaming up on menus and pop-ups all over town, we decided to join forces for good. Charlotte Breakfast Tacos brings the flavors you love from both trucks together in one breakfast taco — and we think it’s exactly what this city needs.
