How It Works for Home Events
- Tell us your date, guest count, and address.
- We recommend drop-off or on-site service based on your space. Truck service needs some curb or driveway space.
- Pick your proteins. We build the rest.
- We arrive early, set up on your counter, island, or a table we bring, and label everything.
- For drop-off, you get chafing trays with fuel and clear reheat instructions. For staffed service, we stay, serve, and take everything with us.
